We're looking for a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests and help set the tone for their dining experience.

As a Host/Hostess, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. Your responsibilities will include: greeting guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor, managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience, communicating wait times and ensuring guests are comfortable while waiting, assisting with table turnover and maintaining a clean and organized host station, and collaborating with the team to create a seamless dining experience.

To thrive in this role, you should bring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members, strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service, and availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
