This role will be responsible for assisting in the budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis processes for the Los Angeles Chargers. This is a full-time onsite position based in El Segundo.**Responsibilities** · This role will report directly to the FP&A Manager and work on building/enhancing FP&A processes and models.· The Senior Financial Analyst will also work closely with accounting team members in preparing and presenting the Company's internal and external financial reports, including National Football League reporting requirements.· Additionally, this individual will assist in creating, maintaining, and enhancing the budgeting, reporting, and forecasting processes.· The selected candidate will work cross-functionally with department heads throughout the organization on their budgets and variance analysis including ad hoc requests and questions.\*\*Qualifications\*\** Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting* 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting* Mid-sized ($250M+ revenue) or complex early-stage company experience* Big 4 accounting experience / CPA preferred* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel a must* Strong understanding of financial/accounting principles and concepts, including financial reporting, modeling, and budgeting* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy* Good analytical acumen in financial analysis and reporting, ensuring that insights and conclusions are based on reliable data and thorough analysis* Excellent communication skills* Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills* Team player with a collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving* Ability to maintain confidential information of the utmost importance* Experience with NetSuite and Vena Solutions desirable* Prior sports, entertainment, live events or related experience preferredThe Los Angeles Chargers are committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment that reflects our incredibly diverse fan base.
