Senior Financial Analyst

This is a contract-to-hire position for a Senior Financial Analyst based in the Woodbridge, Virginia area, with an expected duration of 3+ months. The role requires full-time, on-site presence at one of four branch locations: Yorktown, Williamsburg, Carrolton, or Coliseum. Responsibilities Deliver consultative financial advisory services to members across lending, mortgage, home equity/HELOC, and investment products Generate referrals and drive business growth through consultative selling approaches Provide guidance on deposits, IRAs, and digital banking solutions Support members with account types, asset allocation, and retirement planning needs Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience in financial institutions, ideally in a Financial Services Representative (FSR), Senior FSR, or similar consultative/member advisory role Proven success in consultative selling and generating referrals Strong knowledge of mortgage, HELOC, consumer lending, and deposits Strong knowledge of IRAs and digital banking Solid understanding of underwriting concepts Availability to work on-site full-time at assigned branch location Preferred Working knowledge of investments and financial planning Knowledge of account types and asset allocation strategies Familiarity with applicable financial regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr
