About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President, Talent Acquisition to play a pivotal role in the organization’s growth and evolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and leading the global talent acquisition strategy, with a focus on aligning it with business priorities and the realities of the global labor market. This role demands a leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments, and a proven track record of building and redesigning recruiting operating models. The VP will be expected to bring a data‑savvy, business‑focused, and pragmatic approach to the role, and to be a strong influencer with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders. Collaboration, the ability to lead through change, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion are also key attributes for the ideal candidate. Qualifications Minimum of 15 years’ experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. Ability to operate as an executive partner with a strong point of view, sound judgment, and a low ego. Adept at moving between strategy and execution and proven ability to engage and motivate diverse global audiences. Experience in international recruiting and familiarity with employment practices in multiple countries. Strong partnership skills with HR, Finance, and Legal on workforce planning and hiring decisions. Experience managing a mixed capacity model, supporting a wide range of hiring needs.
