Consumer Finance Litigation Staff Attorney

Job Description Holland & Knight is seeking a Staff Attorney with a minimum of three years of experience. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in litigation, including drafting motions and negotiating settlements, within the consumer finance area. Prior experience representing banks, lenders, credit card issuers, and loan servicing companies is preferred. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, a commitment to client service, and the ability to appropriately prioritize matters are essential. The successful candidate will join a team that values high performance, mutual respect, and collaboration. Job Requirements Minimum of 3+ years of transferable experience. Must reside and be admitted to the bar in a jurisdiction where we currently have a U.S. office location ( Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent research skills. Superb attention to detail, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Work in the office at least three business days per week. Preferred locations: Jacksonville or Orlando.
