Location: Orlando, Florida – This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll work closely with our litigation team in a collaborative office environment. Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida and have at least 3 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting. This position is not open to remote, hybrid, relocation, in-house, or solo practice candidates. Job Description Represent plaintiffs in complex litigation, including consumer protection, privacy, insurance, and class action matters. Manage cases from initial investigation through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery. Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy. Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances. Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts. Collaborate with attorneys across the firm on high-profile litigation matters. Help identify and develop new litigation opportunities when appropriate. Qualifications Active Florida Bar license required. 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm. Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Experience managing litigation matters with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational and case management abilities. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced litigation practice. Class action, consumer protection, insurance litigation, or complex commercial litigation experience is a plus.
