Job Title: Substance Abuse Counselor – CADC Location: Rutherfordton, North Carolina (Community-Based) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $24/hour Date Posted: 02/10/2026 About The Role We’re hiring a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) to join our dedicated behavioral health team in North Carolina. As a Substance Abuse Counselor, you’ll provide structured, evidence-based services to individuals living with substance use disorders. This includes supporting clients through assessment, counseling, education, and relapse prevention planning while collaborating with other professionals to ensure integrated care.
