While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.Qualifications:Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on Workday Integration development experience, utilizing at least two of the following technologies:Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio/Orchestrate, EIB, Workday Cloud ConnectExperience contributing to the delivery of multiple Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations, supporting at least two project phasesStrong understanding of integration design principles and data flows between Workday and external systemsBachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experienceWillingness to travel up to 50%Preferred Skills & Experience: Workday Integration and/or Studio certificationStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to produce clear technical documentation, including design and configuration detailsExperience supporting testing activities, troubleshooting integration issues, and implementing enhancementsAbility to balance work across multiple projects of varying size and complexityStrong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutionsFamiliarity with development and productivity tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities, or similar toolsInterest in mentoring junior team members and contributing to team knowledge sharingPosition LevelSenior AssociateCountryUnited States of AmericaSummaryLocation: Chicago - 550 Van Buren; Columbus - 375 N Front Street; Denver - 1331 17th; Dallas - 2651 N Harwood St; Cedar Rapids - 3950 River Edge; Boston - 225 Franklin St; New York - 1166 Ave of AmericasType: Full time
