Für den produzierendenden und entwickelnden Standort Glinde (Schleswig-Holstein) wird ein/e EHS Manager (m/d/w) gesucht. Ihre Aufgaben Aufbau, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des EHS-Managementsystems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001) Sicherstellung der Einhaltung deutscher und europäischer EHS-Vorschriften (u. a. ArbSchG, BImSchG) Durchführung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Risikoanalysen und Audits Untersuchung von Unfällen und Beinaheereignissen sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen Ansprechpartner für Behörden, Zertifizierer und interne Stakeholder Entwicklung und Durchführung von EHS-Schulungen und Notfallübungen Beratung von Führungskräften und Überwachung von Fremdfirmen Abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium 5–8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im EHS-Management, idealerweise im industriellen/technischen Umfeld Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen EHS-Gesetzgebung Erfahrung mit Audits, Risikobewertungen und Incident Investigations Kommunikationsstark in Deutsch und Englisch Strukturierte, eigenständige und durchsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise #J-18808-Ljbffr Tenneco
