• The ideal candidate would provide estimates to general contractors, business owners.
• Knowledge of reading, interpreting, and understanding blueprints, specifications and bid documents.
• Ability to provide thorough estimates/proposals to the customer.
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, sub-contractors and co-workers in the field and office.
• Applying for permits and finalizing inspections.
• Ability to market new customers.
• Run small project with union employees on site with GC.
• Seek out bidding opportunities that align with company strategy and workload needs.
• Foster relationships with clients and general contractors to gain access to future opportunities.
• Prepare and submit final job cost estimates for customer review.
• Assist in the preparation of bid packages for submission to customers.
• Knowledge of reading, interpreting, and understanding blueprints, specifications and bid documents. 
• Must have experience and knowledge of current NEC. 
• Ability to provide thorough estimates/proposals to the customer. 
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team environment. 
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, sub-contractors and co-workers in the field and office. 
• Applying for permits and finalizing inspections. 
• Ability to market new customers. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and industry estimating software. 
• Valid driver’s license. 
• Electrical knowledge and field experience preferred.
