Operations Coordinator

Administration & Management / Full Time / On-Site Your Role: Execute and oversee day-to-day operations in the assigned area Ensure timely completion of tasks and coordination among team members Develop process improvements as required. Maintain clarity of roles, responsibilities, and task flow for all volunteers Communicate effectively with the core team, fellow coordinators, and temporary volunteers Identify operational issues and take proactive steps or escape as needed Maintain documentation, checklists, and simple reporting formats Assist with training, orientation, and transition of new or temporary team members Ensure adherence to team processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree(Computer science/IT) Desired Skills Task and people coordination – ability to manage day-to-day operations smoothly and coordinate across multiple teams Effective communication – clear and respectful in written and verbal interactions Basic documentation & reporting – able to maintain simple records, follow checklists, and share updates accurately Problem-solving mindset – able to assess situations and respond with workable solutions Ensures assigned responsibilities are completed fully and on time Works constructively with peers, leads, and volunteers #J-18808-Ljbffr
