Responsibilities: Provide personalized massage therapy sessions that address clients' unique needs and promote overall well-being. Collaborate with holistic providers to enhance treatment plans and deliver comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and detailed client records to ensure continuity of care and effective communication. Stay informed about the latest massage techniques and industry trends to continually improve your skills. Participate in regular team meetings and activities to foster a collaborative and supportive workplace culture. Assist with scheduling and client management tasks to ensure a seamless experience for clients and staff alike. Compensation: $15 per hour period When you have a massage, you pay an additional $30 plus tip When you have insurance, a paid-based massage costs an additional $60 Time Requirement: Sunday 10-4 pm Monday - Thursday 11 am - 7 pm with an hour at 1 pm for lunch Qualifications: • • Experience in delivering personalized massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs. • Ability to collaborate effectively with a wellness team to create comprehensive care plans. • Proven track record of maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients. • Commitment to ongoing education and staying updated on the latest massage techniques and wellness trends. • Strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture client relationships, fostering trust and repeat visits. • Proficiency in documenting client progress and treatment plans accurately to support their wellness journey. • Ability to promote wellness services and products, enhancing client experience and satisfaction.
