Join Facilities Service Company , a leader in commercial cleaning and facility management. We’re hiring an Afternoon Shift Janitorial Supervisor to oversee Cleaners and Crew Leads to deliver outstanding facility services, and grow your career in building services leadership .
What We Offer
Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Responsibilities
Supervise janitorial staff and daily operations
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards
Manage team scheduling, performance, and training
Build strong client relationships and respond to needs
Requirements
Supervisory/leadership experience (janitorial/custodial a plus)
Valid Michigan driver’s license
Strong communication and people management skills
High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
Must pass drug screen, background check, and references
