Responsibilities

-Client Engagement: Connect with current clients, understand their insurance requirements, and offer customized solutions.
Inbound Inquiries: Handle incoming inquiries efficiently, resolving queries, and recommending appropriate insurance plans.
Premium Solutions: Develop and propose insurance plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by offering bundled services.
Client Relationships: Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Education: Keep up on industry trends and updates to provide well-informed advice.

Requirements

- Licensing: Active P&C Insurance Agent License in Oklahoma preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is required.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer Focus: A dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote work environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance software systems and CRS tools is a plus.
