Spavia [Location] is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists!! Avg pay per 60-min massage: $52-$62 (includes gratuity) Advanced services: Up to $80 for 80-100 min treatments Steady schedule with loyal guests & members W-2 position - We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience Service Length Pay (incl. gratuity) Signature/Relaxation Massage 60 min $52-$56 Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone 60 min $57-$61 Extended Modalities 80-100 min $63-$80 Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments Average therapists gratuity: ~$20 included Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K-$75K+ annually Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses Schedule & Benefits * Full-time or part-time * Weekend/evening availability preferred * 10-minute turnover between services * Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages * Benefits may include: (Edit benefits per your location) * Paid in-house training, CE hours * Family + Friends treatment discounts * Full Time may be eligible for health insurance, PTO, 401(k) Why Therapists Love Spavia * Luxury spa feel: Retreat areas, robes, showers, top-tier products * Guests come back: Membership model means regular guests and relationship * You're supported: No self-promo, scheduling, or supplies needed * Respectful culture: Team-focused, flexible, and balanced
