Responsibilities include ensuring access to language through use of American Sign Language and other visual supports. Duties also include signing/voicing teacher/student communications, facilitating communication between teacher/student/peers, supporting academic content, providing instructional support, and management of amplification systems. Requirements CASLI CGKE Certification . Must be on CT Interpreter Registry. Must be fluent in ASL.
