Regulatory Project Manager

Leading the planning and delivery of projects driven by regulatory requirements, the full-time salaried Regulatory Project Manager will work remotely to ensure compliance obligations are integrated into project delivery while serving as a liaison between Legal, Regulatory Operations, IT, and business stakeholders. Key responsibilities Translate regulatory requirements into actionable business and system compliance requirements while analyzing impacts across products and operational areas Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring regulatory and business requirements are fully integrated into project scope Serve as a liaison among cross-functional teams, providing regulatory guidance and facilitating discussions to align implementation approaches and timelines Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience 3 years of experience leading projects in a cross-functional, technical systems implementation environment Preferred certifications include Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and SAFe Scrum Master Certification Experience interpreting or operationalizing state and federal healthcare laws/regulations Knowledge of Commercial and Government Programs, such as Medicare and Medicaid
