About the Role The Senior Regulatory Project Manager supports U.S. Animal Health regulatory programs through project leadership, operational coordination, and regulatory execution. In this role, you will partner with internal regulatory teams and client stakeholders to coordinate regulatory activities, monitor project delivery, facilitate communication across cross‑functional teams, and help ensure timely execution of key regulatory operations. What You’ll Do Coordinate U.S. regulatory project activities across multiple client programs Support project planning, timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination Monitor project progress, identify risks, and facilitate timely issue resolution Coordinate training, onboarding, access requests, and operational readiness activities Facilitate communication between U.S. and global regulatory teams Support labeling, regulatory operations, product stewardship, and lifecycle management activities Maintain project trackers, action logs, meeting minutes, and status reports Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and project execution Support business development and proposal activities as needed Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders across Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Pharmacovigilance, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in science, business, project management, or a related discipline Experience managing regulatory affairs or regulatory operations projects Experience within Animal Health, biologics, pharmaceuticals, or medical products preferred Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities across several client programs Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep complex projects moving forward Confidence working across functions and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders Why This Opportunity Stands Out This role offers the chance to make a visible impact in a growing regulatory consulting environment.
