This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Marketing Designer based in India.

As a Senior Marketing Designer, you will transform campaign and creative briefs into polished, high-impact assets across a diverse range of digital marketing channels. You will work closely with channel owners to understand campaign objectives, audiences, timelines, and performance goals, translating them into effective visual solutions. The role spans web, email, paid media, social, landing pages, presentations, and other marketing collateral. You will balance creative quality with speed, managing multiple projects while maintaining strong brand consistency and attention to detail. Your design expertise will also help strengthen reusable templates, systems, and creative standards across multiple brands. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence marketing performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Accountabilities:

• Design creative assets for marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social platforms, landing pages, websites, and other digital channels.
• Translate campaign and creative briefs into effective visual concepts and production-ready assets.
• Manage multiple design requests, deadlines, and stakeholder needs while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Create website and landing page visuals, email marketing assets, paid social and display advertisements, social graphics, informational content, presentations, and internal marketing materials.
• Deliver clean, organized files that are easy to hand off, adapt, and implement across different channels.
• Apply established brand guidelines consistently across visual identity, messaging, typography, imagery, and tone.
• Use strong design judgment to make effective decisions around layout, hierarchy, composition, imagery, and channel-specific requirements.
• Maintain and improve reusable design systems, templates, components, and creative patterns.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, polish, consistency, and alignment with brand standards before launch.
• Partner directly with marketing channel owners to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and measures of success.
• Manage stakeholder feedback, clarify requirements, organize revisions, and keep projects moving efficiently.
• Provide thoughtful design recommendations based on brand standards, user experience, channel performance, and creative best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and other internal teams to support broader business and campaign objectives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in-house or within an agency supporting marketing teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing design experience across multiple digital channels.
• Experience creating direct-response marketing assets and designing for performance-oriented channels such as email, paid social, display, and landing pages.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and how design contributes to creative and campaign testing.
• Proven experience working within established brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency.
• Ability to take a brief from initial request through to final asset with limited supervision.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and overall design craft.
• Experience creating reusable templates, components, and design systems.
• Understanding of channel-specific specifications and digital design best practices.
• Ability to prepare clean, organized files for handoff, production, or implementation.
• Basic understanding of web, email, and responsive design principles.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain design decisions.
• Comfortable asking clarifying questions when briefs or requirements are unclear.
• Open to feedback while also able to provide confident and well-reasoned design recommendations.
• Practical, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently while keeping projects moving forward.
• Experience supporting multi-brand organizations is preferred.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/ESP platforms is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email or web design is preferred.
• Experience with Monday.com, Asana, or similar project management tools is beneficial.
• Motion design, video, or light animation experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, or similar platforms is beneficial.
• Experience working with U.S.-based business teams is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work 8 hours per day excluding breaks, including 4 core U.S. hours of overlap from 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST and 4 flexible hours.
• Reliable remote working setup with a quiet workspace and internet speeds of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
