Territory Sales Manager - Heavy Equipment Sales/Services $70K-$80K Base + Aggressive Commission | Uncapped Earning Potential We're looking for a proven outside B2B sales professional to own and grow the Baltimore and beyond territory within the heavy equipment service industry. This is an opportunity for a driven, competitive salesperson who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business. Responsibilities: Own and develop an assigned sales territory through prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and customer outreach Conduct on-site meetings with plant managers, facility owners, operations leaders, and other key decision-makers Prepare quotes and deliver solution-based sales presentations focused on equipment installation, inspection, repair, uptime, and safety Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities for new and repeat business Manage leads, opportunities, follow-up, and sales activity through the CRM and sales pipeline Required Experience 5+ years of proven outside B2B sales success Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop new business, and close sales Experience selling into industrial services, manufacturing, construction, heavy equipment, or MRO environments strongly preferred Self-motivated and comfortable independently managing a sales territory Experience working with CRM platforms and managing an active sales pipeline Aggressive commission structure with uncapped earning potential Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
