Sparks Group has partnered with a leading government consulting and professional services organization to identify an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle talent acquisition efforts across federal government-focused business areas. This role will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders, developing recruiting strategies that align with workforce needs, mission priorities, and evolving talent market conditions.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, experience supporting federal government clients, and the ability to identify and engage top talent through proactive sourcing and relationship building. This position offers the opportunity to leverage modern recruiting technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to drive efficient, data-informed hiring decisions while ensuring compliance with established policies and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiations, and new hire onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs, workforce priorities, position requirements, and hiring timelines.
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for federal government-focused roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through Boolean searches, social recruiting, professional networks, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with passive candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations on sourcing strategies, talent availability, and candidate selection.
• Utilize Workday ATS to manage candidate activity, maintain accurate recruiting records, and track hiring progress.
• Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools and technology to improve sourcing efficiency, candidate engagement, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
• Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws, organizational policies, and relevant federal government hiring requirements.

Qualifications/Background Profile

• 6+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting clients or business areas within the federal government space.
• Experience using Workday ATS.
• Proficiency in talent pipelining, Boolean search techniques, and social recruiting to identify and engage qualified candidates, including passive talent.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver effective recruiting solutions.
• Strong understanding of recruiting strategies, candidate assessment, and current talent market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

This job is Hybrid Remote. Pay Range: Hourly $37.50 to $43.75. We offer several comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, paid and unpaid time off, and retirement and savings plans to qualifying employees.
