We are looking for an experienced, service-oriented, and detail-oriented mortgage loan officer to join our team. We believe in removing obstacles and creating a supportive environment for you to thrive in. Compensation:$65,000 - $100,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:- Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline
- Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements
- Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions
- Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business
- Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
- Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required
- Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred
- Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration
- Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies
- Goal-oriented with strong execution skills to drive business plan success and meet sales targets
