Emerald Coast Urgent Care is seeking a full-time Nurse to join our dedicated medical team in Panama City Beach, FL. You will prepare patients for various procedures and assist providers with laceration repairs, abscess drainages, and wound care. Your responsibilities will include administering injections, starting IVs, and responding to emergencies in the clinic, following the provider's instructions until emergency responders arrive. Additionally, you will communicate with patients regarding lab results from tests sent to external laboratories. In the first week, you will work Monday and Tuesday, be off on Wednesday and Thursday, and then work Friday through Sunday. In the second week, you will be off Monday and Tuesday, work Wednesday and Thursday, followed by a three-day weekend off. PRN opportunities are also available, with shifts varying based on clinic needs and ranging from a few shifts per month to several per week.
