Job Title: Production Operator I (First & Second Shift, Entry Level)

Location: Onsite

Schedule: 7am 3:30pm/3pm 1:30am

Compensation: First ($17-$19) & Second ($19-$21)

Gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and production processes.

Performing production, assembly, and general labor tasks focused on door manufacturing.

Conducting visual quality checks on stacks of doors, identifying and repairing defects using hand tools such as glue guns, palm sanders, sanding blocks, chisels, and putty knives.

Restacking approved doors, pushing pallets and door stacks on conveyors, and preparing doors for paint booths.

Documenting unrepairable doors and collaborating closely with other departments to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Operating in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with continuous focus on visual inspection and defect identification.

Have experience or interest in production, assembly, or general labor rolesespecially in manufacturing environments.

Can read and interpret work instructions and specifications, and have a keen eye for detail.

Are skilled in or willing to learn the use of woodworking tools and repair techniques.

Can manually lift, slide, and flip materials up to 80 lbs, and are comfortable with bending, stooping, twisting, and standing for long periods.

Thrive in fast-paced settings and communicate effectively with team members to address process-oriented issues quickly.

Are able to work in environments that may be noisy, dusty, and subject to temperature changes.
