Woody Folsom Nissan is seeking an Experienced Automotive Desk Manager to join our team in Baxley, GA. This key role is vital in managing automotive desk operations, ensuring smooth processes, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales management and be committed to driving results in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities- Manage daily automotive desk operations, including vehicle inventory control and sales coordination.
- Oversee and support the sales team through effective communication and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.
- Work closely with various departments to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and goals.
- Train, develop, and mentor staff to achieve high performance levels.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Desk Manager or similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
- Competitive compensation ranging from $130,000.00 to $200,000.00 per month, paid bi-weekly.
