• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Schedule service and sales appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to maximize customer experience.
• Assist in generating leads and supporting marketing campaigns.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
• Prior experience in automotive sales or customer service is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Baxley, GA location.
