Location 602 Salt St, Saltsburg, PA 15681 Hours Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. Must be flexible around branch hours. Function Provide exceptional customer service on the teller line, support sales and platform duties, and meet assigned sales goals to support individual and branch production objectives. Responsibilities Accept deposits, verify endorsements, issue receipts and perform related duties. Process checks and coupons for cashing, verifying endorsement and balances. Accept savings deposits and withdrawals and perform related duties. Provide additional services such as money orders and other common banking services. Accept various loan payments and other types of payments. Balance window cash daily and perform ATM settlement where applicable. Assist in vault balancing when required. Profile customers to determine and recommend appropriate S&T loan and deposit products. Utilize all sales tools to enhance the customer experience and sales conversation. Complete the S&T sales process with each customer and document notes appropriately for future interactions. Develop customer profiles and identify banking needs. Close business and perform follow‑up calls to ensure customer satisfaction. Build warm but professional relationships with customers to increase loyalty to S&T Bank. Demonstrate full understanding of the S&T sales process, policies and procedures to identify add‑on selling opportunities and make recommendations. Contribute to branch goals and sales and service standards as outlined in the branch playbook. Execute professional sales and service behaviors in alignment with the bank’s purpose, values and core drivers. Perform outbound calls, participate in branch sales call campaigns and perform data entry to process new account customers. Maintain existing accounts, answer questions and solve customer‑related problems. Prepare loan applications using LOS software and coordinate documentation. Maintain a good working relationship with employees in other departments. Complete NMLS requirements as part of the S.A.F.E. Act certification. Assume additional duties such as balancing ATMs, processing deposits, and other required banking functions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Two to five years of general and specialized experience in retail banking. Successful completion of the retail training program including CSR and RSA training. Certification in CARE within six months of hire. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Proficiency with computer systems and data entry. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically and perform required duties. Physical Demands Lifting up to 10 lbs 2 times per day, maximum lift 20 lbs once per day, occasional lifting or moving up to 50 lbs, accessing computer for 40% of the day, standing 2 hours per day in a straight position and sitting 5 hours per day in a leaning position.
