Sales Director - Senior Living

Role Description The Sales Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA, responsible for leading sales initiatives and driving occupancy and revenue growth for Galerie Living communities. This role oversees the sales process from lead generation through closing, including nurturing inquiries, conducting property tours, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners. The Sales Director manages and mentors the sales team, sets performance goals, monitors key metrics, and ensures consistent use of sales tools and systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating sales operations, collaborating with marketing and operations teams on promotional activities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the resident journey. The role also involves developing business development strategies, representing Galerie Living at community events and professional gatherings, and providing regular reporting and forecasts to leadership. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and closing techniques. Experience in Customer Service, with a strong focus on relationship-building, active listening, and conflict resolution. Proven Team Management skills, including coaching, performance management, and developing a high-performing sales culture. Background in Business Development, such as building referral networks, identifying new market opportunities, and cultivating strategic partnerships. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and convey value clearly. Ability to analyze sales data, interpret market trends, and make informed recommendations for growth. Experience in senior living, hospitality, real estate, or related service-oriented industries is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
