Restaurant Shift Leader

$20 - $22 per hour

We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Shift Leader to help lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys developing people, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience. As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in supporting the leadership team, coaching team members, driving operational excellence, and ensuring every guest receives top-tier hospitality.

Shift Leader Responsibilities:

Lead daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service
Coach and support team members throughout the shift
Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Assist with training and onboarding new employees
Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards

Shift Leader Requirements:

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Passion for hospitality and guest service
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
