Pricing Analyst

Roadtex Transportation has become a leader in the nationwide LTL industry, specializing in transporting time and temperature-sensitive products. We handle refrigerated and LTL needs by leveraging no sailing schedules, our nationwide network of 32 strategically placed temperature-controlled facilities, our state-of-the-art tracking, and our specialized equipment and warehousing capabilities. In 2022, Roadtex was acquired by Echo Global Logistics. The acquisition brings a truckload brokerage and expanded transportation management solutions to Roadtex's customers while providing Echo with our national warehouse footprint and advanced temperature-controlled transportation solutions. Job Duties & Responsibilities Maintain all tariffs in current system (Roadvision) Communicate with Echo on all Echo-specific pricing to ensure Roadvision and Echo’s system (Optimizer) are in sync at all times Analyze profitability of any / all customers Assist Sales with analyses and completion of RFPs Build Customer-specific pricing structures Maintain general blanket rates Assist Rating team with exception quoting Required Skills Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant working experience Excellent communication skills Expertise in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs Proficient in visual analytics (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) Self-motivated Willing to travel 5% of the year. This role can be remote, or in person in an Echo office. The employee may encounter frequent interruptions and changes in direction throughout the work day.
