The Account Executive, Business Team Sales role at T-Mobile is designed for ambitious, results‑driven sales professionals who are passionate about building stellar customer relationships and delivering T‑Mobile’s products and services to underserved markets. Job Responsibilities Generate and manage leads in assigned territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking. Identify customer needs, recommend wireless solutions, and negotiate and close deals. Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management. Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals. Utilize sales force automation tools, manage the sales funnel, and report on sales activities and forecasts. Education and Work Experience High School Diploma or GED (Required) One or more years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment (Preferred) Experience in B2B sales (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Task management and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment (Required) Superior customer service experience and attention to detail (Required) Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (Required) Effective negotiation and closing skills, including emotional intelligence and problem solving (Required) Other Requirements At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel required Compensation Target cash pay range: $71,700 – $129,500 inclusive of target incentives. Base pay range: $43,020 – $77,700. Pay varies by location, qualifications, and experience.
