Head of Design

Leading the design team, the full-time Head of Design will own the end-to-end user experience for various products, focusing on metrics-driven design improvements and evolving the design system while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Own the complete user experience from ad creative to retention loops, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints Drive product metrics through design initiatives, including A/B testing and hypothesis validation Lead a design team and collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, marketing, and engineering teams Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience leading a design team in B2C products with significant user engagement or revenue Demonstrated measurable impact of design changes on key metrics such as conversion rates and retention Strong expertise in product design, including UX, UI, user flows, and design systems, with proficiency in Figma Experience with cross-functional collaboration and data-driven design decision-making Strong visual design skills and analytical mindset; proficiency in English at C1 level or above
