The Property Manager will oversee residential properties and work within a medium-sized team of 6 to 15 members. Reporting directly to the Owner or Board, this role focuses on maintaining efficient operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering positive tenant relations. The position involves managing local properties with opportunities for career advancement and professional development support.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure property upkeep
- Manage budgets and financial reporting for properties
- Oversee property inspections to maintain standards
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
- Resolve tenant and property-related conflicts effectively
- Negotiate contracts to benefit property operations
