About the Role: Looking for a friendly and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice in La Habra, CA. Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming front office experience
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
• Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff
• Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately and efficiently
• Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and account balances
• Maintain and update accurate patient records and medical histories
• Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a dental or medical front office setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (preferably Dentrix)
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor
