Now Hiring: Sales Receptionist

Pay: $19-$22/HR

Schedule: Expected Shifts 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm; Must be willing to work weekends.

What You'll Do

• Answer all incoming calls to the sales department.
• Make customers feel welcomed by greeting them in a friendly manner.
• Route and transfer calls to their appropriate destinations.
• Take detailed phone messages and ensure they are delivered to the requested party.
• Support the sales team by scheduling appointments or sending out appointment reminders.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and showroom.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of experience with customer service in person or over the phone.
• Previous experience in a reception role or similar position.
• Previous dealership experience.
• Capability to work and communicate with customers and dealership staff.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Computer friendly.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The hourly wage range for this position is $19-$22.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
