About the Role: Assist with the planning, organization, and implementation of activities, outings, and events for patients and residents, including recreational programs, social events, and community outings Develop and lead recreational activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and exercise programs, to promote socialization, physical and mental stimulation, and relaxation Collaborate with the Activities Director to create a monthly activity calendar that meets the diverse needs and interests of our patients and residents Supervise and assist with the setup and cleanup of activity areas, including arranging furniture, decorations, and supplies Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations, vendors, and sponsors to cultivate partnerships and resources for activities and events Monitor and record participation rates, feedback, and concerns to improve activities and services Responsibilities: Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, recording, and reporting activity data Maintain accurate records and reports of activities, including attendance, participation, and evaluations Participate in community outings and activities as needed Provide support with daily living activities, such as escorting patients and residents to activities, meals, and appointments Maintain confidentiality and adhere to facility policies and procedures Requirements: n/a years of experience in activities, recreational therapy, or a related field n/a level of education or equivalent experience Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those with varying levels of cognitive and physical ability Availability to work a PART_TIME schedule, including evenings and weekends Benefits: (To be determined) #J-18808-Ljbffr Regalcare-Rehabilitatio
