Full-Time Customer Service RepresentativeAre you outgoing? Do you love helping people? Do you thrive in a team atmosphere? Well, we have a job for you at Dog House! We are looking for a full-time, top-level CSR to join our office staff of 4. You will be cross-trained as a customer service representative and a dispatcher. This is an in-person position (not a remote position).Responsibilities include:Making sure customers are taken care of each dayProvide the absolute best customer service experience to our customersAnswer phonesReturn customer callsOutbound callsScheduling appointmentsWorking with technicians by assisting with dispatch dutiesAdministrative tasksWho Are We?Dog House (heating, air, plumbing), located in Brunswick, Maine, started in 2010 and continues to grow. We are a family-owned and operated business providing residential and light commercial service and installations.
