We're seeking a Business Development and Marketing Specialist to assist in leading the promotion of our newly developed programs and services for a medical model adult day health program. In this role, you will: Lead go-to market efforts for newly developed programs and services. Be a team member in implementing sales and marketing strategies. Build strong relationships with clients and community partners. Represent our organization at networking events and in the community. Keep detailed records of outreach and progress using CRM tools. We're looking for someone who: Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is confident presenting and negotiating with a wide range of stakeholders. Brings proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Understands how to build and maintain strong professional networks. Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
