Market Access Partnership Lead – U.S. Market Access

Join the team as the U.S. Market Access lead for pharma/diagnostic partnerships. In this strategic role, you’ll shape access strategies, develop partner‑ready proposals, and lead market access workstreams from opportunity through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead U.S. market access strategy for pharma/dia partnership opportunities
Develop proposals, recommendations, and executive presentations for partners
Define scope, deliverables, timelines, risks, and resource needs for partnership work
Translate signed agreements into actionable access plans and lead delivery
Collaborate with product Access Strategy Leads and cross‑functional U.S./global teams
Manage workstream governance, communication, progress tracking, and issue escalation
Build reusable frameworks, tools, and content to support future partnerships

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in health economics, public health, business, life sciences, or related field
5+ years in market access, reimbursement, payer strategy, HEOR, diagnostics, pharma, or consulting
Experience in diagnostics and/or pharmaceutical market access (both strongly preferred)

Preferred

Strong knowledge of U.S. payer, reimbursement, and evidence landscape
Experience with biomarker or companion diagnostic programs
Proven ability to develop and execute market access strategies
Experience with proposals, SOWs, budgets, and partner‑facing deliverables
Cross‑functional leadership across U.S. and global teams
Strong project/program management and communication skills
