Embark on a rewarding journey as a 1st Shift Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in assembling conveyors. This position begins in an entry-level capacity to ensure you gain a comprehensive understanding of the role before progressing to direct conveyor assembly. Initially, you will engage in tasks such as running parts and building pallets to familiarize yourself with the work environment and processes. We value adaptability and openness to various aspects of the work.
Responsibilities

• Assemble conveyors with precision and attention to detail.
• Engage in entry-level tasks to build foundational knowledge.
• Utilize hand and power tools for assembly and crate building.
• Measure components accurately using a tape measure.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in assembly and mechanical tasks.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to build crates and measure accurately.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Preferred experience in metal fabrication.
• Strong attendance record.

Work Environment
Work in a clean and quiet facility, where long pants and steel-toed shoes are required due to the sheet metal work. Experience warm summer conditions while engaging in mandatory overtime, currently averaging 50 hours per week. This is a Permanent position based out of Winneconne, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
