What You'll Do

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and other routine maintenance services
• Check, top off, and replace fluids including engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, and transmission fluid
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and identify potential maintenance concerns
• Inspect belts, hoses, tires, and essential vehicle components for wear or damage
• Relay recommended services and repair needs to service advisors clearly and accurately
• Document all services performed with attention to detail
• Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to keep vehicles moving through the shop efficiently
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and in compliance with dealership safety standards
• Continue building your knowledge of automotive maintenance procedures and best practices

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a lube technician or automotive maintenance role preferred
• Familiarity with basic automotive systems and maintenance services
• Comfortable using shop tools and diagnostic equipment
• Strong attention to detail and solid time-management skills
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
