Yard Team Member - Concrete

Fabcon is a leading precast concrete manufacturer with 8 facilities across 7 states. We're growing and looking for Yard Laborers to join our team. If you want a steady job, paid training, and opportunities to move up, Fabcon is a great place to start.
No experience required we train you. We promote from within.
What You'll Do
- Work safely in the yard around equipment and teammates
- Build and prepare finished products for shipping
- Move and store precast products in the yard
- Use proper dunnage and follow safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Reliable attendance and safe work habits
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Experience around heavy equipment is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Walk, bend, climb, reach, and work on your feet during your shift
