Installation Technician (High-End Resi AV, Lighting, Shading, Control) Department: Technician Employment Type: Full Time Location: St. Louis, MO (Integration Controls) Reporting To: Sarah, Project Manager Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 / hour Description Low-Voltage Installation Technician Who You Are Trustworthy, hungry to learn and grow. Hands‑on and active in the field rather than desk work. Technically inclined and curious how things work. What You Have Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, and use power and hand tools. Steady work history (3 years steady employment). Positive disposition and high EQ. Your Location In‑Person (Not Remote or Hybrid) 10164 Watson Rd, St. Louis, MO 63127 Your Schedule Hours: 40 per week. Days: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. Your Contribution Pull, terminate, and test low‑voltage cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron). Mount devices at cable ends (AV/Network/Control/Lighting/Shading). Build and lace equipment racks. Advanced setup and configuration of devices. Advanced understanding of networks. Advanced troubleshooting of devices. Programming experience is a plus. Where You May Come From AV Installation (Residential & Commercial). Security Installation. Low‑Voltage Cable Pulling. Managed Services (MSP) – if you can install. Electrician (HV or LV).
