What You'll Do:

• Provide neonatal care in Level III-IV NICUs within a high-risk delivery environment
• Collaborate with Neonatologists to deliver exceptional patient care
• Cover NICU units with scheduled 12- or 24-hour shifts, including evening coverage
• Assist during deliveries and provide in-unit neonatal stabilization
• Participate in daily rounds and emergency response as needed
• Support parental communication and family-centered care
• Work in a team-focused environment committed to excellence

What You Need:

• Valid NNP Board Certification (excluding FNP or PNP)
• Minimum 2 years of NNP experience (preferred)
• Current state license and appropriate certifications
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
