ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in January 2024, and were currently a small but growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked for another State Farm agent but originally come from an education background.

Community involvement is a big part of who we are; we support the local Recreation Center, host an annual Easter Egg Hunt, and run Movies Under the Stars, a four-week outdoor film festival in the park.

I offer a supportive, balanced work environment with occasional team lunches, Casual Fridays, and reimbursement for licensing costs. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Caleb Dupuy - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
