Summary The Unit Customer Service Specialist / Secretary is responsible for performing a variety of secretarial and administrative duties to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the assigned nursing unit. This role focuses on patient satisfaction, efficient communication, and maintaining organized unit operations. Job Details Department: 5 B - Vascular Shift: Varies Working Hours: 0630-1900 and 1830-0700 This job will be authorized 48.00 hours bi-weekly.
