Entry-Level Cashier/Teller and Customer Service Rep Full Job Description Brandenburg Telephone Company is now accepting resumes for all departments. Our Customer Service Department is currently looking to hire energetic, outgoing personnel that love to work with people. They could work in any of our 4 locations: Brandenburg, Radcliff, Elizabethtown or Hardinsburg. This position would involve working with customers daily, making deposits, posting payments to customer accounts, filing, answering the telephone and many miscellaneous jobs. We have a highly qualified staff that will train on all duties for our front counter, drive up and console positions. Once comfortable with these duties, we plan to move along to our customer service rep training which would involve more in depth training on all services that Brandenburg Telephone Company offers. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17/hr Qualifications Valid driver's license Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check Must be able to adapt to changes in the business that include advances in technology and new skills and procedures Basic keyboard and software skills Must be dependable and trustworthy Must be able to provide a positive customer experience with friendly and courteous service.
