Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician / Body Contouring Specialist to join our growing team in Delray Beach. This role focuses on non-invasive body contouring and delivering a high-end client experience.

No prior experience in our technique is required—we provide full, hands-on training.

This is an ideal opportunity for an esthetician who wants to increase earning potential, work with luxury clients, and build a long-term career in aesthetics.

What You’ll Do

• Perform body contouring and body sculpting treatments using The Tox Technique
• Deliver a high-end, client-first experience from consultation through completion
• Educate clients on treatment plans, skincare, and retail products
• Drive client retention, package sales, and service upgrades
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols
• Contribute to a results-driven, team-oriented studio environment

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida Esthetician License ( dually licensed as massage therapist preferred)
• Experience or strong interest in body contouring, body sculpting, and wellness
• Confident, polished, and professional in a client-facing environment
• Strong communication and sales skills (retail + packages)
• Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and peak season availability
