We're hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn all aspects of our business.

What You'll Get:

• The hourly rate / wage for this role is $18.00

• Overtime Pay: Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime)

• Holiday Pay: Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay)

• Sick Pay: Granted Up to 40 hours

• Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at .83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays)

What You'll Do:

• Sales & Customer Service

o Support achievement of location sales goals

o Deliver excellent customer experience to contribute to high customer service scores

o Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices

• Operations & Fleet Management

o Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control

o Assist with store operations and compliance

• Vehicle and Facility Care

o Support team with miscellaneous task including but not limited to cleaning and preparing vehicles for customers, lot management, and customer service assistance

• Finance & Administration

o Learn finance processes and support deal completion

o Understand reporting, documentation, and business metrics

• Leadership Development

o Shadow and support management in daily operations

o Build skills in team leadership, scheduling, and performance coaching

o Prepare for future leadership roles through structured training

o Learn how role contributes to/impacts the overall financial wellbeing of the company

What We're Looking For:

• Must be 20 years of age or older

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Valid driver's license

• Strong computer and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow

• Exceptional time management skills

• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Presentable attire

• Experience working in a professional environment
