Greek Peak Mountain Resort is seeking a Dish Machine Operator to ensure our food & beverage operations stay clean, efficient, and organized. If you take pride in your work and thrive in a team environment, we want you on board!
What You'll Do
- Operate an automated dishwasher or manually wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, pots, and pans.
- Follow proper procedures for handling and storing both dirty and clean items.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe dishwashing station.
- Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Assist with cleaning kitchen areas and food prep tasks as assigned by management.
- Help transport clean dishware to appropriate areas for use by kitchen and waitstaff.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on best practices.
- Provide assistance to other resort departments as needed.
Who We're Looking For
- Detail-Oriented: Able to follow procedures and maintain high sanitation standards.
- Team Player: Works well with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Physically Capable: Able to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Adaptable & Reliable: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing needs.
- Safety-Focused: Understands proper handling of cleaning chemicals and food safety requirements.
